I never understood this. I think sometimes we let ourselves be influenced by trends rather than our own experience. You’ll find none of those characteristics in these wines. Imagine your eyes are covered like mine in the picture and just do one thing: just enjoy them without thinking about anything else, in your own way. This wine is a real statement of intent:
